I’ve got offers from all of them for Economics, which one is the best for getting into investment banking (reputation and rankings)?

All good unis. If I had to rank them for economics I would rank them as follows:
1) Manchester
2) Queen Mary
3) City

In terms of Business Schools (which is not your question since you are asking for economics) but I am just pointing it out, I would rank them as:
1) City
2) Manchester
3) Queen Mary

Queen Mary and Manchester are long established universities and are Russell group members.

City is known for its Business School and it a college of the University of London as is also Queen Mary.
