I can't upload any evidence to my student finance

is the system down, my file is smaller than 5mb and a PDF so I can't think of any reason why it wouldn't upload..?Screenshot 2021-05-11 at 09.56.10.png

Hi,
Your upload must be:
of the entire document
readable by our staff
either a BMP, JPEG, PDF, PNG or TIFF file
smaller than 16MB.

If your file meets this criteria then I'm unsure why you can't upload your evidence. You must have an active 20/21 or 21/22 academic year application also.
If it still doesn't work then you can send it in the post instead.
