(not that it adds any to the thread just im curious - why is it a "deciding factor". Why do you care so much about it? Do you treat white people differently or something? why do you think you do this?)

Lol..I know one of those questions would eventually pop up!
and to answer your question NO..I do not treat white people or any other groups of people differently...I'm an international person..and have been surrounded by multiculturalism all my life..But the main reason why I'm asking the question is because I would like to know the amount of Black people attending to see if the university is Biased or not.. It just adds points to me ..

i can totally understand where you're coming from, and i had exactly the same thoughts when i was choosing a uni - I wanted to go somewhere that had a bit of everything!

I have no idea what the link is, but last year, i just searched on google, and there are actual statistics that tells you the % of each ethnic background at each uni. It's also much more accurate to what people on here might tell you.

I'm assuming by black you mean some people with some mixed or full Africa origin. But let us assume no such people met the university requirement for a number of years, you'd assume the university is bias?

:yep: Because it would be an absurd and paradoxical admissions system that, whilst professing to be meritocratic, admitted no black or mixed-race students. Let's discuss the situation as it is rather than the abstract.

Of course the real world is independent of the discussion, but my point still stands.
