Need advice on how to have a positive mindset

I have A-Level exams, but negative thoughts tend to dominate my mind. I'm feeling very lazy, tired and just fed up, and when I try to revise the only things in my mind is the fear of not achieving the grades I want. Not only that, but I have tried meditation, thinking positively and having a break, but nothing seems to be helping.
I feel like you, but try to think of the end goal I guess.
as an a level student...same but the only thing that motivates me is thinking of me on results day and not getting the grades i want because i didn’t revise enough, and i will not be that person...
