School refusing to give me teacher assessed grade after I sat exams

Hi,

My school has said they will not give me a teacher assessed grade for my alevels that I resat this summer even though I sat the exams in school. Is this legal?

Can you give some more explanation? Are you saying that they let you back to re-sit exams as an external candidate but that, now you've done the exams. they are saying they are unable to calculate you a grade? If so, there must be more to it than this.
