Can anybody advise the similarities and differences between intent, recklessness and negligence with case examples?

This guide may be a good starting point to overview the topic: https://chrismallonlawtutor.com/mens...ted%20of%20him. or here: https://www.e-lawresources.co.uk/Mens-rea-intention.php

It is very likely that your textbook will have a good overview - I used this one in the past, and Chapter 3 has a pretty clear explanation of the three. (Complete Criminal Law: Text, Cases, and Materials (6th edn), Janet Loveless, Mischa Allen, and Caroline Derry)

Thanks for sharing! Does this have an ISBN number by any chance?

Oh also I can define all three of these topics however I'm struggling to complete a "Compare and Contrast" question on them and getting muddled among all the different ways each one can go, especially intention

ISBN: 978019880327 - I probably wouldn't recommend buying a textbook just for one question, as its not cheap You should be able to find quite a few essays on your topic online just by googling the question.

https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/...1980.tb01599.x This article has an interesting discussion of the topic, perhaps of relevance to a compare and contrast question?
