Easter is more important - anyone can be born but only Jesus, allegedly, got to rise from the dead

'Christmas is the most important christian celebration"
evaluate this statement.
Please see my other answers by clinging on my profile. Ive got some general RS 12 marker tips in my previous answers. For this one, I would use the following structure:

Intro,

Christmas is the celebration of the incarnation of God the son, Jesus into the world to atone our relationship with God. I disagree with the statement.

Agree paragraphs:
1. If it want for the incarnation, Jesus would not have made it to Easter as he wasn’t born. It is logical to assume that Christmas is more important.
2. The incarnation teaches Christians about the nature of God and therefore is the more important celebration. “For god so loved the world that he gave his one and only son” / “The word made his dwelling amongst us”

Disagree:
1. Easter shows that Jesus was both “fully God and fully Human”. (Look at the miracles that happened prior to the death e.g. splitting of curtain separating altar from public in nearby church/ the fact that Jesus only suffered for a couple of hours rather than days/ “father into your hands I commit my spirit” and then he immediately died)
2. “IF Christ had not been raised, your faith is futile” - if it wasn’t for Easter, Christianity wouldn’t exist since it was after the crucifixion and resurrection that the great commission took place (“Go forth and make disciples of all nations in the name of the father, the son and the Holy Spirit”).
3. Christmas has become far too commercialised and has lost its true meaning. Modern-day Christmas celebrations are far from the religious remembrance of Christ. Therefore, Christmas isnt the most important festival

Conclusion:

I am thoroughly convinced that Christmas is not the most significant celebration since ... (summarise your points here). Furthermore, I believe that all celebrations are equally as important as they all remember different parts of Jesus’ life. Jesus lived a life that led to the saviour of humanity. If it wasn’t for all of his life, Easter wouldn’t have happened and therefore, all celebrations are equally as important. Therefore, I disagree with the statement.
