It could have been much better - I was very nervous...but I made some good points, I think. Better still, there's nothing to stop my ideas getting transferred over to GerSoc anyway. FrenSoc is going to buuuurn! Especially seeing as everyone on the GerSoc committee is way better than the FrenSoc one!

Yeah the funny thing was that there was only one person running for each office in teh Gersoc committee, so it wasn't much of a vote. I geave my speech with a mouthful of cookie.

Haha, well the FrenSoc was more serious, but then for a couple, like treasurer...the guy was like "I don't even know what treasurer is...Joel nominated me. I like spreadsheets though". And he got in.

That was a bit annoying really, because had I not got elected as president, I'd wanted to run for treasurer

Now that really is lame. I decided I didn't want any real responsibility, so went for committee member. I'll just do whatever Glen tells me i guess lol. Hey are you doing Ling 1001?
