Yeah we were thinking Jesters tonight. We're sort of having a Freshers week part 2, We went Oceana on Monday (queued up for Jesters until 11:35, they were only doing one out one in, so we ran all the way to Oceana to try and get there before 12 for free entry, and we made it in 15 :coma:

)

Thursday football social so I think we're hitting Sobar again. Going home on Friday. Wednesday is the only day that we don't know where to go :holmes:

Wednesday's a bit quiet in Southampton really. Jesters is probably your best bet though.

I'm not going out again before I go home, no money :p:

Hi,

I'm coming down to Southampton for an interview for 2nd year entry to geology.

I am gonna stay over the night and check out the city.

Can anyone suggest a good night out for thursday i.e. tmr.

Best bet on a Thursday would be Sobar (in Portswood).

Beware though that as it's the last week of term it will be pretty busy everywhere, in case you don't like queuing.

It's ok sweet, I'm not the only person you know at Soton so I didn't want to seem like I was being a bit clingy!

I get used to it with Ish, she says the same thing every time she sees me, then walks off. Haha.

I'm sure it won't be all that long before I next see you, maybe we can have a proper catch up over the summer. :love:

Had a good interview, with a good tutor ( ian harding) at a good uni, and a nice time today. Only one more test, what's southampton like by night... We shall soon see! :smile:

he seemed like a really nice bloke! He did mention that a lot of students had friday deadlines :s-smilie:

hope stuffs not too stressful. Will have lots of fun I imagine :biggrin:

Yeah, it's great fun in the studenty places if you don't know anyone... less serious than normal clubbing which is nice! Anyhoo, have a great time... :smile:

Stupid friday deadlines... they should be banned.

well thats where i was, (monte 1 so basic room without ensuite an 21 people in the flat, also cheapest halls) and i loved it. it depends what you want and how much you're willing to pay, if you want a smaller flat then go for monte 2, ensuite then monte 3/4.

Saying that, i was in exactly the same type of accommodation (A block at monte!) and I hated it. The physical block was fine but my flatmates were a bunch of arses.
