As it happens a huge chunk of the uni is going to Amsterdam today, for 4 days, for £125 per person. Sooo jealous, wish I could have gone!
Yeah, loads of people from Maths have gone because my mate Shane is Glen Eyre president. I would have been going if

a) I could afford it, and
b) I actually had a passport.

Instead I'm lumped with lectures 1-6, followed immediately by a badminton match. :colonhash:

Good news:

I spilt a cup of water over my laptop and it was gonna cost loads to either fix or replace but my amazing dad has fixed it WAHOO
He's not as amazing as Arsenal though. :h: :h: :h:
My laptop mouse is going crazy... :frown:

Also... when the hell are exam results released? I had a dream last night where I got 53% average and my friend got 96% and I was begging her for some of her spare percent... Agh.
I got an email saying 25th of Feb, but that may just be first years? Je ne sais pas.
Should be the same for all years, just might depend on subject.

I know biomeds have all already got theirs - I don't get mine until the 25th either. :yy:
25th here too - although apparently we have to go look them up on a board.

I swear langauges take results so casually.. They just tell us in class or via email. And whenever they're marked! Which is usually a few days later.. Especially for Portuguese!

Ahh damn, I got 80% on a coursework for a module last semester and just discovered I dragged that mark down to an overall 62 after my exam :frown:


Still, hardly the end of the world: moan of the day over.

As far as I'm aware, you're allowed one non-Uni guest per person, who must be signed in as your guest.

Those were the rules at Kinki (as it was called last year) anyway.

If this is the one next Friday, then I'll quite possibly be there as well - I'm campaigning for a friend who's running in the elections so I have to wait and see where I'm stationed that night. :colone:

Can't say any more than that or they'll get into trouble. :yy:

Haha, where you're stationed Marcus. You make me laugh! Last year I was photographer for Dave.. It was the best ever sober night out, amazing.
