"shipped out" hahaha, the poor bugger

Only just been back on lol

Well he had a bottle of vodka for breakfast, one for lunch, and one for dinner.

And did this behaviour for most of the time he's been here and proceeded to act violently and 'lash' out at people including the girls in our block.

So yea. Stand by what I said really.

Just went to Oscar's, actually £8.50 as a student!
I've just got to that point where I desperately need a haircut... my fringe comes down to my nose. I also need to get my eyes tested and get new glasses so that's more big money.

Today I got some new shoes for the winter (really needed them, I walked out my last pair!) and a new jumper because all I own is university society hoodies or fleeces! I've spent far too much money recently. I think I'm just worried though because I haven't had my maintenance loan in yet so I haven't been out of my overdraft for months.
So I'm strongly considering trying to get a refund of Sports Rec. The only team I found to not be a waste of time/money and that is social doesn't use the newer sports hall and the fitness suite is dire unless you want run, cycle or row on the spot.

Absolutely shocking that anyone can build strength, actually I refuse to believe anyone can in that place, a bunch of abercrombies doing bicep curls in the mirror and getting in the way or 5 mates farting about on the squat rack is actually like paying to swim lengths in a pool and it's full of kids pissing and playing with the toys the staff sometimes put out to amuse them. Saw about a handful of people doing something worthwhile and I can't see how they put up with it.

Are there any independent GYMS (not fitness studios) in Soton anyone knows of where I can actually train without posers standing about the place giving tips on exercises they've never attempted?

Don't worry, all the ***** get bored eventually! RE. swimming pool - try it out when it's got designated lanes time rather than just free swimming time.

That's exactly why I only go very early in the morning. :yy:

If you want to try an independent gym I've heard the one on Lodge Road in Portswood has decent 3-monthly rates.

Basically yeah it's a Hallowe'en Twisted, although the Cube will be properly decked out for it.

I would be going but I already have 3 friends who've put their parties on the same night and it's hard enough deciding between them. :holmes:
I would be going but I've got an important date with bed.

Given the amount of sleep I've been getting lately I have to say I don't know who that is. :gah:

Me too... Last night I got 10 hours sleep and it was glorious. Definitely the first night in weeks which I've slept more than 6 or 7 hours.

I'm going to have a quiet studying week this week and try to recharge the ole batteries before all hell breaks loose next week.

Just the other day I was told to put the bar on my shoulders and push my head forward while squatting. I've only been working out properly for about 3 weeks now but still..
