Yep, my burnout friend who is sitting next to me in the library atm and has no idea I'm writing this ( :colone:

Oh bad times. In Law apparently you can only fail one exam a year or something, so you're only allowed to do one resit a year, and then its only the June exams that even count so that must be one pressurized degree (though right now I mildly begrudge my two law housemates as they have no Jan exams :frown:

)

As far as I know if you resit you only get the progression mark, be that 40% or more if you're doing a 4 year course (ours is 55%)

Tuesday. I have my hardest two exams on Monday and Tuesday followed by a group presentation on Wednesday and well our group don't really like to work together so it's fair to say we haven't started on it :frown:

When does everyone else finish??? A lot of my flat finish tomorrow which sucks!

.........I'm a first year lawyer, and I wasn't aware of this. When they say "you can only fail one exam a year," does that mean if you fail a mock, you can't fail any more exams that year?

Oh you can fail mocks all you like I gather, one of my housemates didn't even go to his mock last week. From what they said it's that you are only supposed to fail a max of 1 of the summer exams, which are your only set of exams that count I gather?
