I'm 20 next year (cos I'm one of the older first years, my birthday is in November) so when it gets to 2009, I can say "argghhh I'm 21 next year" can't work out if thats a good thing or not

I don't know yet. In just over a week i can tell you if it's odd to be able to say 'i'm going to be 21 this year'

Which is suspect it will. but i think it'll be cool. =)

21 is cool. 21 is an age of significance... I like 21 :-)
19/20... The ages inbetween. Not so good! I reckon it should go from 18-21 and then we wouldn't have the stupid numbers inbetween. Yayyyy

I haven't been 18 for ages. I hardly remember what it was like being 18. I didn't do anything for my birthday, and my 19th was just really surreal.

Sup gang.

Got back from the uni ski trip earlier today, went back to halls to gather some stuff before heading home. That was really weird ... I was probably the only person there, so lonely =(

Talk about epic luck. I got tonsilitus a day into the ski trip, missed out on a day of skiing, had to pay 45 euros to see a doctor and get medication AND I was put on antibiotics so I couldn't even get totally gazeebo'd every night after-ski.

Chlo I agree with you about 19/20.. I mean, almost every birthday we've ever had has been significant... and it sort of ends at 21

one day we're all just going to be 24.... and then 33... and then 46... and loads of rubbish numbers that mean nothing other than that we're getting older!!

IN OTHER NEWS someone remind me to never ever go into the city centre on the last saturday before Christmas. Bah I hate xmas shopping so packed!!

I was supposed to buy xmas pressies and ended up buying myself a cardigan and tights and a well nice high waisted skirt... now I am even more skint and can't afford to go out tonight!

How is everybody finding home?

drugs + alcohol = liver not coping, plus the rest of your body not know what the hell it's doing - Essentially, if you want to do yourself some serious internal damage, drugs and alcohol together will get the job done. By all means carry on doing it, but it's really, really stupid.
