we have a house!!

Tis beautiful, so so so so soo nice, its massive, huge double rooms, sink in every room, exposed beams in the living room which are pretty, really nice sofas, HUGE garden with patio and grass.

I am in love with it.

But in other news.

Life sucks.

As well as breaking all my expensive electricals last week, my glasses have just broke, and they were lots of moneys and I cant afford new ones.

And the house deposit etc etc is so much money and I don't have a job and ahh I am dooooomed. I wish I was rich :frown:

Almost done with the second of these ******* essays. Can't wait to just chill out for a day and not have anything to worry about.

I rang them thanks and they didnt' have any houses we wanted left, which was a good thing 'cause it made us more sure about saying definitely to the one we were maybeing under.

What kind of fees have you been charged for that?!

Our second-choice house had a 103.50 admin fee, then a 350 deposit. The one which we have now is such a nice house, honestly. I'll have to invite some of you round sometime. We had to pay 100 up front as part of a deposit, now we have 10 days to pay the remaining 275 to secure it. that will leave me with a measly 45 quid to last me until Easter. BLARGH. (And it'll cost me 20 quid just to go home after exams :frown:
