I ruined Shebz gym routine. Bad Emma. Sorry Shebz.

I am so worn out. I just spent an hour at the gym, I burnt 450 calories.

But I just had 5 digestive biscuits, they are 80cals each, so that's 480 calories.

Damn.

Ah, but would you have eaten those biscuits normally? If so - then it doesn't matter! Because you've still burnt 450 calories than you would have done had you not gone to the gym.
I went too today! Only burnt 200 but i'm focusing on the leg extensions :biggrin: (ahahaha)

That's ok. Just realised my maths was wrong, 5x80 is 400 lol. Oh dear tis fine no one else noticed!

I think all the guys take the weight section much too seriously!

Boiler House is useless. Tried getting drinks and some free stuff there earlier but it wasn't open. No wonder it's going to close, they don't want our money.

It just needs advertising a bit better. It's never open when they say it is so it's pretty much pot luck if you want to go in there. Maybe if they showed some live sport a bit more often as I'd rather go there to watch a game than go all the way up to the stags.
They're showing the ruggers right now, fairly busy in there
