Anyone go to the Pillow Fight Flash Mob at West Quays today? I did, it was rather bizarre and reckon we managed to scare a few old ladies.
I've only just got back from going home. You know what's annoying? I went home purely to play football and i got a text literally 10 minutes after i got on the train home to say the game was off :mad:

This man sat next to me, I had headphones in and a book, but he spoke to me anyway, which was fine for about 10 minutes.

He was from Sudan and must have been at least 30 and his English wasn't very good and he started asking me loads of things and telling me about how he needed a visa and asking where I lived and if I'd meet him for coffee whilst he was in Southampton and asking me to dinner and asking my number and email and saying I should come to Sudan with him and stay with him there and showing me photos on his phone.

It was so horrible, I barely answered him and he wouldn't go away and 'cause it was a coach I couldn't move or get away, it was a 2 and a half hour journey as well. Literally so scared!! Urgggh :frown:

That's horrible. *hugs*
It only ever happens to attractive people though, so you can *kind of* twist it as a compliment. But still, incredibly creepy.

I feel for you emma. I hate people like that. They're not dangerous unless you make them angry, so just keep talking/don't come accross as rude.
You won't see him again though so I wouldn't worry :smile:
Bonjour tout les monde! Cava? Now I got the french out the way (am in a french mood oddly enough) how is everyone?? Making History, that is a somewhat disturbing situation to find yourself in! A quick right hook would have sorted him out :eek:. Not that I am condoning violence however marcus is right. It only ever happens to attractive people (hence it never happens to me or Sudanese women have more class :P)

Oh bless you all :smile: Thank you. It was just horrible cause I didn't want to be rude and obviously couldn't ignore him. First of all he just seemed like he was interested in the country and stuff but then it moved from 'how cold is Southampton' to 'maybe I take your number and if I come back before my visa run out next month we meet?' shudddderr.

I do not know Chlo, I have a philo exam tomorrow morning and I don't understand it at all and tis horrrribbbleeeeeeeee. Symbols and stuff that's basically actually maths!

I'm dancing around my room to 'you're sooo vain, I bet you think this song is about you'

OMG Chlo you HAVE to see 'He's Just Not That Into You' it's AMAZING I watched it and was like 'oh god, that's actually me'.
