I have lost my NI number and a copy is on the way in the post, but im worried I won't be able to apply by the deadline. What happens if I have to apply after the deadline? How long does it take to apply? Im really panicking that i wont be able to afford to go
If you miss the deadline then you're not guaranteed to be paid on time at the start of your course.

SFE are generally very good at managing to arrange it so most people who apply a little late are paid on time but if you're applying after the deadline then you need to think about short term funding options (borrowing) to cover your expenses if your loan does come through a bit late
