Anyone who's submitted an extenuating circumstances request to UEA, how long did it take for them to make a decision and if they reject it, do they tell you why they have? (For current students)

That should be explained in your student/course handbook

Within three working days but I want to know from personal experiences if they've taken longer or shorter than that

Hi Chanel3,

It honestly depends on COVID etc at the moment as the hubs are majorly understaffed, unfortunately! The last thing submitted takes around 3 days depending on a weekend, but is usually faster now as they can automatically do most of them unless its a major circumstance.
