Sending evidence
Since I don't have a passport, SFW requires me to send my birth certificate. However, the only instructions they give for this is an address. I've read that for SFE you need to send a cover letter with your evidence containing your reference number and address. Is this also the case for SFW? thanks
Most likely yes.
If you just send your birth certificate without any supporting information, they’re going to have a hard time matching that to your application and it may take them a while to be able to find your address to be able to send it back to you.
