hey guys was doing some chemistry revision and remembered that there's an exam question which they told that will come on regards of
soluble
insoluble
solubilities
solution
there was like 4-5 of these kind of words could someone please tell me what are the rest of the words and a easy simplified definition for them please.

insoluble - it cant dissolve in water
solubility's - how easily it can dissolve in water
solution -mixture composed of two or more substance

soluble - it can dissolve in water

Just a few nit-picks here:

• Soluble doesn't specifically mean it dissolves in water, though that is the most likely context at GCSE (for example; some substances are soluble in cyclohexane, but not in water)
• A solution isn't just a mixture, it is one substance dissolved in another.


And here's a few extra definitions for OP:

• Solute - this is the stuff that is being dissolved, usually a solid (eg; Table salt, NaCl)
• Solvent - this is the liquid that the solute is being dissolved in (eg; Water, H₂O)

solubuale - sinkable objects
insoluable - unsinkable absolutuely unsinkable
solubilities - floating sinkable
solution - answer to a question

i dont know if these are right but i am currently in year 7, hope this helped!
