Vivid nightmares EVERY night?

I’ve had vivid nightmares almost every single night for the past 2 weeks and they are just getting worse each day. In the past 3 weeks, I’ve only had one night where I didn’t wake up crying from a nightmare. The dreams range from watching my family members die, being chased by ghosts or wild animals, and being in a plane crash (these are the reoccurring ones).

Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do about it? As far as I’m aware, I don’t have any underlying health conditions. I also don’t know if this is worth a trip to the GP.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I’m just so tired 😞

Go to your GP, there’s always something they can do to help. I’m no psychologist but I know that nightmares like that are not normal and if they’re bothering you then it’s absolutely worth the trip to the GP
