I'm a student from West Yorkshire currently in college and I'm looking to find a good university for computing/computer science. I have a target of BCC in computer science, physics and mathematics. I believe if I work hard I could get higher then that and I need to find the best university for me. I'm currently looking at Nottingham Trent university and I think it looks quite good and is rated well however I don't want to close my mind to any other universities , does anyone have any recommendations ?

Look at degree courses with a Year 0 Foundation year - you'd eventually graduate with a great degree rather than an 'okay' one.
Example - Manchester (BBC) - https://www.manchester.ac.uk/study/u...undation-year/ or Liverpool (even lower) : https://www.liverpool.ac.uk/study/un...lege/overview/

Agreed I think a foundation year at a uni with high rep is better than starting a normal degree at a mid rep uni as graduating from university of manchester or liverpool will make you more employable. However, if you are looking at night life and factors other than your education then maybe nottingham trent could be a better option.

I know Liverpool has a decent nightlife as my sister goes there and I think manchester does as well. I'm just trying to find the balance between a good uni and a Decent area. I really like Nottingham and there's always the University of Nottingham which seems to be a better.
