Hi, I am currently revising and have come across this question but am unsure as how to answer it. Thank you for your help

• There were family planning divisions to monitor and enforce the policy meaning it was legal to “confiscate” a child and charge parents with fines etc.
• High rates of infanticide and unrecorded births etc
• Forced abortions
• Young people aren’t focused on having kids even though they’re encouraged to
