My father receives working tax credit, child tax credit and housing benefit as he works part time, I’d this known as taxable state benefit? I don’t know what to write on the form for taxable state benefits. Please help !

If he gets a taxable state benefit then he’ll have been sent a P60U by the dwp in April 2020. The numbers you need are on that.
