Are the year 12 mock assessments really important & do they send them off to ucas ?

I'm really worried about my exams, there's not many days left, I was wondering if there important for Uni and everything else in general

Your school will likely use them for predicted grades, but they're not important for anything else. They're most useful for the practice, you need to treat them like the real thing, revise like you would the real thing as then you'll feel less nervous next year. My school did so, SO many mock assessments and I have to say it really helped me stay calm and level headed in the real thing. Good luck, take them one question at a time, and try to focus on the moment you're in at the time instead of the future.
