Error when logging into SFE.

I keep getting the below message when logging on. I'm NOT in the middle of an application. I just wanted to check my payment schedule. I have tried laptop, tablet and phone. Also chrome and Internet explorer. It's ridiculous.



"Sorry, something has gone wrong

An unknown error has caused the application to stop working.

Try and log into your account later and resume your application.
If you continue to see this message, contact Student Finance England."

Hi Effie, please try incognito mode.

When the website shows the ‘Something has gone wrong’ error, it's automatically reported back to our IT/website department. They have no timescale for fixes however.

You can message us on Facebook or Twitter and we can check your payments - or if you prefer you can call 0300 100 0607.
