Hi, I am considering applying for the english course at oxford this year and was wondering whether any other applicants want to have a place to discuss haha.

To break the ice:

What's your favourite book?
What collage are you looking at?
Why oxford?
Other unis?

- I really like the Haunting of Hill House by Shirley Jackson haha, not the hardest but I loved reading it.
- Im looking at Brasenose or maybe St Edwards
- I really love the course and when I visited on an english open day they really suckered me in.
- Im having an internal battle with myself on whether to do art or english lol, so i am looking at a bunch of unis. But for English I'm looking at Durham, UCL, Manchester, York, Lancaster, Glasgow

I managed to go to a Brasenose English day thinking it was just lectures, when really it was just a collage tour, it was super GOOD!! Plus my friend managed to secure a place this year!!
