When the water is consumed in reasonable quantities, within the frameworks of a balanced diet and calorie deficit daily regime.

It can be helpful to drink up to 2l of still unflavoured water, very helpful to do so instead of consuming carbonated soft drinks containing high levels of sugar/artificial replacement sweeteners or drinks that include a significant dairy content (e.g. milkshakes, hot chocolate).
