What points would you talk about when dealing with this question: The importance of transferring information between and within cells and organisms ( Avoiding all topics about DNA)

So for me I'd talk about

Between cells:

Transferring information in the form of nervous impulses in order to move due to a change in environment or a hormonal change for homeostasis.

For within cells:

Close to DNA but protein synthesis is the main one for enzymes, producing hormones etc

Between cells:

Talk about in bacteria the sharing of genetic information for antibiotic resistance?
