I read fish in general is very good for brain as it contains omega-3 fats which are really good for your brain...And I heard that fish eyes are particularly good for the brain.

Define "best for the brain"?

Since your brain uses glucose for energy, something glucose-containing would be a good shout if you are going to be doing something that requires a lot of brain power.

I heard that omega-3 oils are good "brain-food". Lots of fish seem to have it. I buy milk fortified with omega-3 from Aldi to try and get some as I don't eat fish.
