I am currently doing year 12 and approaching the end of my year, however I am not happy with my current subjects: graphics, photography and business, I want to do physics, biology and geography and look for more biogeography related opportunities, and I have 2 questions, 1: Do I need to change colleges to redo year 12? 2: will I loose out on anything by redoing year 12?

1) Potentially, depends on whether your current college lets you - they probably will. However, you do have the issue that all your friends are in y13, so maybe starting again is better.

2) Nope, students who retake a year tend to perform a lot better so you're really gaining there. The only thing you really lose is time.
