I was entitled to a maximum maintenance loan by student finance a couple of months ago but they changed to a basic loan after saying that they required more evidence for my dad's income. My dad uploaded a P60. However, even after 15 days, I haven't heard from them. Will I be able to get the maximum maintenance loan again?

It's been six weeks and my I am still only entitled to the basic amount of maintenance loan
