Proper form for Pull down?

Hey guys, I’m not sure the proper form for pull down. I currently do a wide grip front pull down and do 45LBS? Should I do a behind the neck pull down?
wider doesn't mean More lats. sweet Spot is 1.5x shoulder

it's hard to describe the form but you sort of bring bar to chest and your body should not be motionless
