I have just come across this article:
https://www.theguardian.com/educatio...guage-study-uk

It is a year old. Does anyone know what the plans for SOAS are? What will happen to students there, if SOAS closes?

Nothing seems to have come of it so don't worry too much. If they have decided, they will be transparent with the students about it and will probably move them to another UoL college perhaps?

Hi there,

As you mentioned this article is fairly old and thankfully it's not relevant anymore. SOAS has made some big changes in how the school operates and is no longer in financial trouble. You can see SOAS' statement here, there are also some links on there for further reading if you're interested
