:'( cheating? in igcse unseen exams

So my school decided to take edexcel igcse unseen papers (for the may2021 batch). During exam i saw one student copying the mark scheme!!! Contacting the school wont work, they're very negligent towards their job. Here's my question; would Edexcel take strict actions against that student if they can identify the fact she cheated? i feel so upset, i worked hard and then there's someone having it easy and cheating her way out to get good grades. Will she be disqualified under the case of malpractice?
I’d just leave it tbh it will be too much of a hassle to get them punished
I would say start by contacting your school as they are deciding everyone’s grade this year then contact edexcel if you’re still bothered and they don’t take care of it
