BPhO Round 1 competition

Does anyone know the best way to prepare for the BPhO round 1? I need to improve my skills in time for the exam because I am applying to Oxford for physics!

I think the best way to improve your skill is to find a topic you are specifically good at or interested in, for example, mechanics and dynamics, and do more training of the questions in the topics in the section B.
The questions in section A should not be so hard, you just need to know the basic ideas about the small topics like half life and Kepler effects. I think electricity and mechanics are the most important parts.
