Freshers Week Nottingham Trent 2021

Hi, I've been seeing many ads in facebook uni groups about unofficial/off-campus freshers week events and I just found out that there will be an official one organised by the NTSU (students union). Is it worth going for the unofficial ones or should I just go for the official on-campus one. Also quite confused as to how can I get tickets for the official one.
Wait until August. Follow ntsu on social media. Find your flatmates/coursemates (check that they’re legit - a lot of dodgy events reps pretend to be freshers when they’re not even students) and buy tickets in August or later for things that you want to do together.

Don’t spend anything on unofficial events that you can’t afford to lose. Fatsoma is dreadful for paying out refunds.
