I recently finished a book by an Instagram guru called 'good vibes good life', it's helped me feel more positive about everything like I don't feel sad or have negative thoughts as often also I've realised that I used to hang around people who just weren't the right people I should associate myself with and now that I've distanced myself away from them I've met better people and I'm a lot more happier.
