how to reduce side effects vaccine?

hi i’m getting my vaccine tonight (pfizer) How could i lessen my side effects of it? i’ve heard of people being sick and fatigued after it??

Stay well hydrated and take paracetamol. That’s about it. The side effects will pass pretty quick in any case.

Get some advice at vaccination centre too. Often the side effects are negligible and always short duration. As said above rest, hydration and if necessary paracetamol is the trick

Thereby completely avoiding a possible headache at the expense of remaining unvaccinated against COVID. No drawbacks, I love it.
Relax the muscles in your arm, don't clench them up.
