I can't express how I am feeling now the anger, the frustration and the regret. I feel so helpless in curing this problem (I have this from such a young age). It has affected my health physically mentally. My relationships indirectly with family and friends (I haven't told them as I cannot trust them and they will feel ashamed). I have tried and tried countless times to refrain from such an act. I come from a religious family to and have repented/asked for forgiveness more times than I can count but yet keep coming back. I have my mock exams for my predicted UCAS grades and have no motivation left to revise since I have started to watch Porn again. Literally feel like a failure and have feeling to I am gonna fail. I do not know what to do anymore with myself?!!!

You come from a religious background? Go onto YouTube and look for “Benny Hinn healing services” and watch them x

You need to put your foot down and be determined to not do it again. If it’s your phone then don’t use your phone as much. If you go to church then you need to phone a pastor so they can pray for you. It’ll help when it’s not someone you know so you can either call “KICC” or “UCKG” tell them your situation and they’ll pray for you x

Do you believe in God and that Jesus died for our sins? God has promised us healing but we need to co-operate. You can't pray and still sin so you need to make a decision. Get yourself a bible and read Matthew 8:16, 9:35 and 12:15, there's so many others but in there you'll see that Jesus heals all. God still loves you and will still come to your rescue. It's not a good thing to do and you must stop before it continues to affect you. Get on your knees and pray, ask God for forgiveness and claim the promises that "Jesus heals all" ALL so He will heal you. Whenever you're tempted remember that "Jesus heals all" if you need to leave your room so you're not alone then do it but Matthew 21:22 "All things are possible to those who believe". Pray always, God bless you x

the uckg is a cult. Do your research about the bishop and uckg in general. You'll be surprised

If you are having problems with porn addiction i would recommend just trying to keep busy doing other things with your time.
