I start my mocks on Monday and these are for predicted grades like I have revised so much but I feel like it’s not enough and I’m getting stresssed and forgetting stuff, any advice?

Doing sports might help, usually knowing what you're lacking is a good sign

Maybe try journalling about what you're worried or stressed about. Also, I did this meditation the night before each exam (I'd never tried meditation before and found this helped to think more positively in order to create a positive self-fulfilling prophecy

Also if you're panicky stressed, then breathe using the 4,7,8 counting (4 seconds breathing in, 7 holding, 8 breathing out)- the app ibreathe does the counting for you.
Hope this helps and I can almost guarantee you've still remembered more than you think you have, if you've revised that much then you deserve to do well
