Am I Being Unreasonable?

Hey Guys;

I have an interview coming up on Friday where if I pass it, I can get a trainee biomedical scientist position where I can officially start my HCPC (Health Care Professions Council) registration training meaning once I get this, I can actually use my Biomedical Science degree to get a job as a Biomedical Scientist (Band 5/6 of AFC scale meaning I will have a job starting with at least £25,000, going up to £30,000+ in 4 or so years).

My mum is HOUNDING me saying "you need to do your driving theory" test almost three times daily, however I see this interview as a priority as I only get ONE shot at this but I can rebook my theory test at another point.

Am I being unreasonable here or am I being biased?

reasonable for sure. this isn't something that'll be offered much so you need to take it. take the theory test when this is sorted out. you're allowed to have your own priorities that aren't the same as hers!
