Completely normal. many uni's will only have just started issuing CAS letters, and then only to unconditional offer holders.

No problem. Once you have met your offer conditions, keep an eye on your spam/junk folders as you will often be sent instructions on what you need to do next.

It is unconditional offer letter which I received from University, now just waiting for CAS.
