Hi! I have offers from Oxford Brookes, De Montfort and Northumbria for MSc. Marketing/Digital Marketing Programs and I am mighty confused what to choose. As an Intl Student self funding my education other unis are way above my budget.

I would like to know which of these would be a good option depending on quality of education, living expenses, part time jobs and overall experience.

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

We (DMU) are based in Leicester, right in the heart of the country with transport links all over the country. The city offers a lot of different things with shopping, entertainment and food options and with that many different places to apply for work at. You can read more about the city here.
We also have a Unitemps office on campus, in the students' union, where you can sign up to apply for part-time and temporary work.

Our marketing masters courses are accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). In addition, if you complete the elective Direct and Digital Marketing module you will benefit from significant exemptions from the Certificate in Direct and Digital Marketing awarded by the Institute of Direct Marketing (IDM).

Our careers and employability service, known as DMU Works, was awarded the Best University Careers/Employability Service at the NUE Awards this year.

If you have any specific questions about Leicester or DMU please feel free to ask here or give us a call on 0116 250 6070.

Best wishes,

Alice

Similarly, Our Digital Marketing course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and the Institute of Data & Marketing (IDM), two of the world's leading professional bodies in the marketing field. The accreditation's provide the chance to work towards professional marketing qualifications upon graduation through the CIM's IDM graduate gateway.

Newcastle Business School is the first post 92 institution to secure double AACSB accreditation, joining an elite group of institutions around the world. To learn more about AACSB International accreditation, visit www.aacsb.edu/accreditation/

For both courses, you will have the opportunity to opt for a traditional marketing dissertation on an area of your choosing, or work in teams at our award-winning Business Clinic providing professional guidance to a real organisation on existing business problems. This is a great way of enhancing your future employability.

May you wish to chat to our academics about each marketing course/job prospects, please email [email protected] and I will put you in touch with our Programme Leaders.

With regards to life in Newcastle, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne is regularly hailed as one of the best cities for student life (and affordability). It’s partly due to the city’s compactness, which makes it large enough to be vibrant and exciting while small enough to feel like home. It’s also due to the sheer number of students: one in every six people in the city is a student. Discover more about our city here: https://www.newcastlegateshead.com/
