Physics WEX/Project as a SC for Aerospace Engineering [having troubles deciding]

Firstly Appreciate you taking some time out of your day to view my post.
Secondly, I'm in a bit of a dilemma here, a picture below shows the various Projects I can take for a 1 Week Program from White Rose Physics WEX. now my interest lies in mostly engineering specifically Aerospace and was wondering if any of these projects provided below would a "no-go" for an engineering personal statement and vice versa, If any there'd be any projects i'd be able to do that'd flow nicely w/an engi/aeroengi ps
would love to hear ur opinions
context: applying camb/imp/bristol/bath/southampton
additionally: as I'm applying camb and aerospace/aeronautics everywhere else how shall I structure my PS w/content?

Which project did you select finally. I am also applying and need to select a project for Physics WEX
