why do we only use Aq or gas but not solid and gas when finding equilibrium constant

solids are not included in any equilibrium constants, any equation you have which includes a solid, this solid will not form part of the equilibrium constant

how about for homologous systems? no solid for that to?

if you think about it, if the system you are looking at contains a solid or a liquid then how do you measure the change in concentration of a solid or a liquid? I suppose you could divide its density by its molar mass, but the density is constant and will not vary much with changes in temperature, so the concentration of a solid or a liquid is in effect CONSTANT and so it does it not matter how much is present as long as there is some of it there. So for solids and liquids in equilibrium there concentrations are not included in the equilibrium constant. However if gases or solutions are present they are included since there concentrations can change.

If its a homogeneous system or heterogeneous it makes no difference!
