a 0.1 moldm-3 aqueous solution of an acid is added slowly to 25cm3 of a 0.1 moldm-3 aqueous solution of base

which acid base pair has the highest pH at the equivalence point

I would say its the first one, sodium ethanoate. Its consists of the salt of a strong base (NaOH) and a weak acid (ethanoic), so sodium ethanoate is a basic salt, w
for the second one, ammonium acetate, its the salt of a weak acid and weak base so when added to water you could imagine getting a weak acid, weak base, so pH of salt will be close to neutral.
same for third example, salt would be NaCl, the salt of a strong base and a strong acid so pH of salt is close to neutral.
and the last one, salt would be ammonium chloride, the salt of a strong acid and a weak base, so salt is acidic
