ahhh!! i applied to KCL for English Language and Literature.but i havent even gotten an acknowledgement yet...so my hopes are prettty low now..since people are getting offers for this course
I've noticed on the Offical Decisions thread that there are a few offers for Humanities from King's, including History, but that most of them seem to be for international applicants. Do you think they deal with international applications first (since it isn't as easy for them to come to interview) and then look at the 'local' ones?
Or do I need to be getting nervous?
Anyway, well done to everyone who's got offers from lovely KCL!!!

Don't worry... I never got an acknowledgement... I don't think it means anything. Be patient! Good luck!
do you mind me asking what grades did you have and how did you do in your LNAT? was your PS great and did you see your reference?
Just being nosey
and thanks
I don't mind at all . I am an international student (in university in the States). My GPA is above 3.90 and I felt like the LNAT went quite well to be honest. I think my PS was solid and I did see my reference which was what probably put me over the top I think.
Btw, I am a mature student just like you so keep the faith .

Well noticed, I am a mature student, but I think what puts you at a higher advantage would probably be your qualifications (although I am not really familiar with US educational system, it does sound like something more traditional then what I am doing)...The other thing is that I dont really feel confident over my LNAT...but then again, it is just my perception
I got to see my reference too, but it was actually pretty generic (as I just started my Access course), but still quite good...
I am pleased with my PS though, so hopefully that will get me noticed
That's the first offer from KCL for Law that I have seen on TSR this year though, so well done!!!
