I would like to studying medicine and I would like to know where I should take my A-levels and get the best score possible. And what are the advantages and disadvantages.

This is a very vague question. You need to add more info like where you’ve looked into so far, which subjects you wanna do, predicted grades etc.

You can’t take a A levels at university...?

For medicine, to open most doors achieving AAA in biology, Chemistry and another subject is a good start.
