Today has been a busy day and I felt alright. But right now I just feel really low in mood, I feel depressed. I don't feel happy with the things I enjoy and I don't have friends who can help.

I am a loner

Do you have any advice, please be kind...thank you

First find out the causes. Then try to discuss with someone👍

Feeling sorry for yourself won't get you anywhere so quit that and toughen up a bit

Tbh I was like that today but I realised it was because I'm on a super low calorie diet and I had low blood sugar. Felt like absolute **** but started eating crisps and felt normal again lol.
